Open their profile, look at their photos and packages, then send an enquiry or call the number on the page. You talk to them directly and agree everything with them — the date, the price, the advance. Milanzo does not sit in between and does not handle your money.

A person on our team looks at their full wedding work, not one or two nice photos. We speak to their past clients, and we check whether they reply to messages and deliver on time. After they are listed we keep watching the reviews, and we remove anyone whose work slips.

Many of them do. Every profile lists the areas the vendor covers and their travel policy. If your place is not listed, still send an enquiry and ask — most are happy to travel for a wedding if you tell them the date early.

A starting price depends on how many days they work, how big their team is, how much editing is involved and how far they travel. A one-person photographer and a five-person team will never cost the same. Compare what is inside the package, not just the number.

Yes, please do. Go to the vendor’s profile once your wedding is over and write your review there. We check it quickly to make sure it is genuine, then it goes live. Honest reviews are what help the next couple.

Give them a day or two, especially in wedding season. If you still hear nothing, tell us on WhatsApp or by email. We follow it up, and if a vendor keeps ignoring couples we remove them from Milanzo.
