Milanzo is where couples in West Bengal find wedding vendors and contact them directly. These are the rules for using milanzo.in — whether you are looking for a photographer, sending an enquiry, or listing your own business. Please read them before you use the site.
By using Milanzo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
We introduce couples to vendors. That is all. We are not part of the booking, the agreement or the payment between you and the vendor, and we do not work for either side. Every vendor is their own business, responsible for their own work, prices, dates and behaviour.
We check listings before they go live and we remove ones that break these rules. But we cannot promise that any vendor will do a good job. Before you pay anyone: ask for a written agreement, check exactly what is included, and settle the payment terms with them directly. Please do not send an advance to someone you have not spoken to properly.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details and one-time codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@milanzo.in if you think someone else has access to it. The information you give us when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
Browsing and enquiring is free. When you send an enquiry, the vendor you selected receives your contact details so they can respond — only that vendor. Use enquiries for genuine wedding planning; do not use them to advertise, recruit or send bulk messages.
If you list on Milanzo you agree that:
Your published listing is public and may be indexed by search engines. We may edit formatting, resize images or recategorise a listing so it displays correctly.
You keep ownership of everything you upload — photographs, descriptions, reviews. By submitting it you grant Milanzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote that content on the platform and in our own marketing of the platform, for as long as it remains on the site. You confirm you have the rights to grant that licence, including from any photographer whose work you upload.
We may remove content that breaches these terms, infringes someone’s rights, or that we are legally required to take down.
Reviews must come from a real experience with the vendor. We verify reviews before publishing and may contact you about one. We do not remove a review simply because a vendor dislikes it. We do remove reviews that are fake, incentivised, defamatory, contain personal data or abuse, or that concern something other than the service provided.
Listing plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are in Indian Rupees and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. A plan continues until you cancel it; cancelling stops the next renewal and your listing stays live until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires it, fees already paid are not refundable. We may change plan pricing with notice before your next renewal.
Milanzo does not process the payment between a couple and a vendor. Any deposit, instalment or balance you pay a vendor is a matter between you and that vendor.

The Milanzo name, logo, site design, text and software are owned by Milanzo Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Vendor content belongs to the vendors who submitted it.
Milanzo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Milanzo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a vendor’s acts or omissions — including a vendor who fails to perform, cancels, or does not meet your expectations. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using Milanzo at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that harms other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. Sections that by their nature survive termination — content licences, liability, governing law — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and we will give notice on the site before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Milanzo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
